- Foot lengthStand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark.
Measure both feet and use the larger, and measure at the end of the day when feet are at their widest. Match that length to the FOOT LENGTH column above rather than converting from another size system. If you are between two sizes, take the larger.
